From the time he gave us the estimate to the end of the project, Phil was great to work with. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of building, well-connected with other professionals required to do the work, and full of good ideas. While we had a general idea about the layout of the basement from the start, there were a few improvements made along the way. Most of the good ideas came from Phil, and he was receptive to our ideas as well. He really thought of every detail, and we are extremely happy with the finished result.
