Can't say enough how much we loved working with Neil and his teams at Blueprint. They were professionals, and came back and finished everything to perfection. Neil took personal care of our project, making sure we got what we wanted, and when we had another contractor in our backyard screw us over, Neil offered us great advice and offered to finish the job even though they don't really do backyards. We are thrilled with the product and were thrilled with his service.

We are very pleased with the job the Blueprint team did on our basement finish. We chose Blueprint over several other bids primarily due to Neil's experience. We hadn't done a project like this before and he was very helpful in helping us achieve the overall look that we wanted, while staying within our budget. His contractors were very professional and the work they performed was top notch. I would highly recommend Blueprint for any basement remodel or home construction project you may be in need of. The project manager, was very personable and good to work with. Often he would go out of his way, to provide small extra services like removing construction debris that were left by other contractors.

Excellent price and excellent product. Subs out much of the work. All but one of the subs were great and I have used some of them to complete other projects. Had some problems with communication and delays involving the concrete sub. Would highly recommend Blue Print.

I think that the garage is great! However, I do not think that they finished the project as well as I would have liked. I still feel that there is a negative water grade towards my garage and in the end they made me feel like my requests were bothers and not the easy setbacks before they received there last check. Finally, Make sure they finish their project to your specifications before you pay everything! I still have no idea if the garage passed it's final inspection!

did a real nice job. did some additional things for me not including the garage addition. real fair in price and do show up regularly. i would recommend them.

Can't believe I got so lucky to find these guys. Neil and Maurice are serious pros. They've brought back my faith in contractors. My garage and recording studio projects went flawlessly. They are comparable in price to others but incomparable to others in service and ethics. These guys rock!

As A female with NO construction knowledge, Neil from Blueprint was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and was NEVER condescending, even with the sillier questions.The construction workers were speedy and did a BEAUTIFUL job. I had positive comments from neighbors and friends before the job was finished.

The members of Blue Print Framing and Remodeling were compassionate about my home and wanted to make me happy with the work they were doing. Didn"t mind answering any of my questions. They did a fantastic job inside and out! I would refer them to everyone that needs something done in their home. The other referrals were not out to help me they were there to get the money! They were not willing to tell me if this was good or bad, they didn"t take much time to answer questions. They were very brief. Keep Blue Print on the top of your list!

The project started off very quickly and is finishing at a slower than expected case. This OK though, because they are making sure that the craftsmanship does not suffer, just to finish the job. We have also asked for some extras that were not in the original contract. We feel that Mo and Neil give us their best every time they are here. The guys did a fantastic job and we are very happy with everything about our new addition. I would hire these guys again without reservation. These are the kind of guys you want to invite to your "new house" party when you get everything done. Great work!

Having a relationship with a contractor you trust is almost as imporant as any other relationship you develop with professionals. My career is hectic and busy and I needed to be able to turn over the details to someone and have the faith that the work would be carried out. These guys actually listened to what I wanted to accomplish, allowed me to dream, and then turned that vision into something of value. I have an older home and I wanted to make sure that we would maintain the continuity of the original builder while adding the extra's I wanted. Blue print has a strong alliance with other professionals they brought into this job. I have been impressed with the quality and knowledge of the crews that have done the work. My opinion matters to them and I have been included in each step without being overwhelmed by the details. What is important to me is important to them. We both have jobs to do and with this company I can fully concentrate on my career and know that what is happening in my home is being done with craftmanship and trust. I had a vision when I bought this house of what I wanted to do. I have found the company that will make that come true. This is an ongoing relationship.
