The experience was alright. The guy went up in the attic and destroyed the insulation and did not replace it. So, that was not the best performance and I had to go in there to straighten it out. Other than that, he did a great job and his price came in better than somebody else. His responsiveness and punctuality were also pretty good.

Bart kindly did not charge me the trip charge since I live near his home. He was prompt, very helpful and kind to not charge me. I would highly recommend BAN and I will continue to use their services.

The biggest problem with them that I have is that I never got the quote back from them. I am sure that if I called them they would get it to me. The guy who came was knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to do. He was able to check my work with me. They were very professional and everyone I talked to knew what they were doing.

It went exactly as planned, he also removed some old unused wire and replaced a light switch all for the quoted price. They were the only ones to call me back after I contacted them for a quote. They were out there within 2 hours! Great customer service!
