They are fantastic. They are a family-run business that specializes in high-end vacuums.  They carry everything you need for the vacuum and they fix it on sight, rather than sending it out to be repaired like other shops. They literally fixed it while I was waiting, which I appreciated immensely.

They are always very fast and helpful. Always seem to know what the problem is and they make sure you are using the right bags and belts too. They also always put in a clean new bag too.
