Glenn, and his son, Ryan are professional, courteous, prompt, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They use well-established crews, not just anyone they can find on Craigslist. We had our roof replaced in August, and it could not have gone more smoothly. As promised, they were completely done in one day, and did a fantastic job on our roof, and excellent cleanup! These guys are the best. I can’t say enough good things about them! Please consider them, if you need roofing, or construction work.

Lousy. The initial estimate was given by Glen, who seemed sincere and competent even though his quote was not the lowest. He assured me that he would give special attention to the areas of concern so that the newly installed gutters would not have the same issues. The initial project date had to be pushed back because of another incomplete project. On the rescheduled project date, a 2-man crew showed up instead of Glen and although they seemed polite when I answered the door with my young children, they were loud on the roof and cursed frequently (F-words) in adult conversation. Every word could be heard clearly inside my children's bedrooms with closed windows so we had to confine ourselves to another area of the house. In addition, (1) they did not have the materials to address the specific concerns I had discussed with Glen, (2) they tore the shingles on the corners of my house, and (3) they knocked off and broke trim on our house without attempting to repair or replace it. The "finished" job included a downspout that poured into my house foundation (no extension piece like the old downspout), another area that drained from the roof into the fascia boards on my front porch (which means water pours through the roof onto my front porch and rots the wood), and aesthetically it looked like the gutters were sagging at the corners (old ones didn't even sag). Most disappointing! The main problems with the original gutters did not get fixed by the installation of new ones - we could have just left the old ones up, they would have looked better, and we would have saved $650.00. There was still standing water in one section (which caused the old gutters to rust out) and there are still leaks between the gutters and trim over our garage (which I had been assured would stop with new installation). Glen was quick to call for the check and when notified of these issues, he sent the same two guys out to repair the damage they'd done but they did nothing to fix their shoddy installation. "Fixing the damage" meant they sloppily gooped caulk over the torn roof shingles and other areas of our newly painted house. Glen called for the check again that same day, and I asked him to come out personally to address our concerns. He begrudgingly agreed, but did not get on the roof to inspect the work at all and simply said, "that's the way your house is made and there is nothing anyone can do to fix it." After paying Glen, we got a second opinion from a qualified contractor who confirmed the work was definitely below industry standards and practices. We can deal with any contractor or service professional that stands behind their work and who is willing to fix mistakes or problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Arvada Seamless Gutters and I can't recommend this company to others. Our gutters look worse and functions no better than the 20-year old gutters that preceded them.

His quote was fair not the cheapest but providing very good value. He always arrived when promised, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and left surroundings as good or better than when he arrived.

They arrived on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up when they were finished. I am very satisfied with the work they did and with their price.

They were very prompt & professional. They were able to do the work in my time frame. They completed the work in less than a day. Their prices were reasonable.

THE EMPLOYEE WHO CAME OUT TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. HE GOT THE JOB DONE IN AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND GOT TO MY HOUSE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE.

WAS VERY HAPPY, THE YOUNG MAN WAYD THAT WORKED FOR THE COMPANY WAS VERY SWEET AND POLITE. HE TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. WHEN HE WAS DONE HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP & MADE SURE NOTHING WAS LEFT. HE GAVE ME HIS CARD AND SAID TO CALL IF I NEEDED ANYTHING.
