The store is clean, the service is great, and the equipment is always in good working condition. There are never surprises. The costs are clearly provided up front, and are fair.
Suspicious as the other guy (Arvada Rent All) didn't mention that and also wanted to charge $5 to recertify.....
"I sincerely apoligize for your experience, we are extremely dilligent and knowledgable on propane due to the fact that the customers safety is at the top of our priority list. Every propane tank has a stamped date when it is manufactured and it is good for twelve years from that date, after that period each tank must be "recertified" to avoid the bottle being unsafe; each recertify is good for five years. More information can be found here: http://www.propane101.com/propanecylinders.htm. As far as the connection being loose, it is hard to determine if it was the connection to the output of the tank or the "bleeder valve" that would have been loose, if it was the connection to the output, no propane would have been lost. If it was the bleeder valve, there is a small possibility that it was not retightened on your prior fill for which we are apoligetic. Please don't hesitate to contact us with more questions, comments, or concerns (303) 422-1212."
