If you're in the market for a contractor who is knowledgeable, talented, trustworthy and affordable (crazy right?) - Arvada Home Improvement is your company. Before COVID-19 took full force, I purchased a condo located in Aurora that needed a lot of work and hired Neil and his team to do it all. I was coordinating this whole project from out of state back home in New York; I knew I had to find a GC who could not only get the job done well, but be trustworthy enough to manage the entire project without any oversight on my end. These guys completely remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, updated plumbing, installed new tile floors throughout and painted the entire place, as well as a bunch of miscellaneous tasks that came up as expected. Everything from purchasing/picking up materials, managing deliveries to the condo, planning out what I wanted to happen, and executing the laundry list of tasks - Neil, Paul, and Brandon did an outstanding job. Anyone who knows me can vouch that my standards are high. I pay close attention to detail and am particular in how I want things done. Neil was also so helpful in making suggestions that would save me headaches and money down the road. On top of everything, his company was the most reasonably priced bid I received out of almost 10 people I called. I was curious in the beginning of how a company that was so fair priced, knowledgeable, and communicative did not have a huge internet presence. I thought there must be a catch - but there wasn't. Neil just recently founded Arvada Home Improvement, but has accumulated a vast array of knowledge from his many years of past relevant experiences. These guys get it right the first time, with minimal waste, and make sure you're satisfied with the end result. I can't recommend them enough and I know they will be my first call for projects in the future.
