They are excellent. He was honest and advised I was not ready to replace the machine. He put booties on when he came in, was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave some great advice and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use them again.

Jonathan called me soon after I posted my problem on Angies List. We discussed the problem and I gave him the model of my dishwasher. A few hours later he texted with a price and said he could repair same day. I okayed, he bought the parts needed based on our conversation, and a few hours later he appeared and performed the repair. This could not have gone better!

The original part the contractor brought was broken, so he immediately went off to get another, unbroken part and did not charge me for the extra hour. He was very courteous and explained every step of the work. Would definitely recommend hiring him.

Really well, we found out the bearings were gone, and it would cost as much as a new washer, so we just bought a new washer.
