AN'S LANDSCAPING.

Worst ever, i ended up with more in repairs than the benefit of a low cost landscape service. They cracked my patio in multiple places, broke 2 downspouts, pitted my siding and they are horrible at trimming not to mention when I confronted An about it he only asked for my address. We waited a week and they did the same things. When I advised we were discontinuing the services and had 180 in damages, he replied that i was a cheat among other immature comments. Im wondering why others continue, definitely a quantity over quality service who only wants your money.

They are horrible. They rush through the job. Every week they showed up and flee around the yard in about 3 minutes. They constantly missed spots and took huge chunks of our yard out. We have several dead spots now because of them. DO NOT USE THEM. They will kill your yard.

I answered a paper ad and wanted to try to help small business in the midst of Covid. They promptly answered the phone and set up an app. So far so good right. They arrived day of appt as scheduled but that is where the positive experience ended. Unfortunately i was not here but my dgtr was . I do not believe they did the services i paid for. I found few plugs that were surface only not the aeration my lawn needed and we had to look to find these. They clearly did not power rake as there were no rake marks and the dandelions were not disturbed nor did i did find fertilizer beads on the ground. Since they only spent NMT 10 minutes I think it is obvious that they did not value me as a customer . So there loss as i would have given them more business had i been satisfied with the service delivery.

We contracted with this company for the 2010 summer. They did a lousy job.  A crew of about 3 guys would show up, jump onto stand-up riding mowers and fly around the yard at break neck speed leaving patches where they missed, and be gone in minutes.  They were supposed to edge the yard, which they only did if we happened to catch them when they were there, and never bothered with any type of weed control, clean up, or anything else we asked of them.  In the fall of 2010 we sent them a letter that we were canceling the service and not to come back. They showed up in the spring of 2011. We told them we had cancelled service and not to come back.  They acted as if they didn't understand.  We called and left voice mail that we had cancelled service. The next week they were back again.  This time we were not home, but there was evidence they had been there - namely the splotchy mow job and grass clippings all over the sidewalk. We wrote another letter telling them not to come back. Week 3 - there they are again. This time we got angry and told them in no uncertain terms we were not paying.  Guess they finally got the message, except they sent us a bill for the time they'd been there against our will!  Stay away from these guys.  They are cheap, but you get what you pay for, and their price is not worth the aggravation they cause.

When a time to meet and discuss the work to be done, An did not show up. When I called, he said they had been busy with other work and couldn't make it. A new appointment was set and an estimate was provided. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled the work to be done. It was not completed to my satisfaction; the back hedge was not trimmed completely so there are still branches sticking up above the rest of the hedge ("So sorry; couldn't reach it."). When the lawn was serviced, not all of the lawn was serviced; there were obvious areas that not trimmed. If there is a problem or delay, I am not notified. Needless to say, I am looking for a new lawn service!
