 + -1 moreI like what they did, I was able to do the inspection with them, and they pointed out all potential problems to us right on the spot. This helped us negotiate better with the seller. The inspector also pointed out all the areas that were in great condition, especially considering the age of the home. This made us feel very comfortable in proceeding with the purchase.
Description of Work: We had this company perform a home inspection before we purchased this home.

 + -1 moreVERY PLEASED WITH WORK, THE REPORT WAS VERY DETAILED, COMPLETE AND PRESENTED IN AN EASY TO READ MANNER. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE INSPECTOR APPEARED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTED THE RESIDENT OF THE HOME.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY PERFORMED A PROPERTY INSPECTION OF A PROPERTY ON WHICH I HAD PUT A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. THE REPORT BROUGHT MY ATTENTION TO SEVERAL AREAS OF CONCERN, AND IN THE END WE VOIDED THE CONTRACT BASED ON THE REPORT.
