Home Inspection
I like what they did, I was able to do the inspection with them, and they pointed out all potential problems to us right on the spot. This helped us negotiate better with the seller. The inspector also pointed out all the areas that were in great condition, especially considering the age of the home. This made us feel very comfortable in proceeding with the purchase.

VERY PLEASED WITH WORK, THE REPORT WAS VERY DETAILED, COMPLETE AND PRESENTED IN AN EASY TO READ MANNER. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE INSPECTOR APPEARED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTED THE RESIDENT OF THE HOME.
