 + -1 moreTHE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN. HE WAS LATE BOTH TIMES THAT HE CAME, HE DID GIVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN LATE.
Description of Work: AFTER WE HAD MOVED, OUR PANASONIC BIG SCREEN TV HAD SEVERAL LINES GOING THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN AND THE COLOR WAS OFF. THEY REBUILT THE CONVERGENCE OUTPUT SECTION AND VERIFIED PROPER OPERATION.

 + -1 moreCOLLIN, WITH AMERICAN BIG SCREEN, CAME TO OUR HOUSE, PULLED THE PARTS, ORDER NEW ONES, AND REPLACED THEM. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT THREE DAYS AND THE SCREEN IS WORKING PERFECTLY.
Description of Work: HAD TO HAVE THE PICTURE TUBE, OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, REPLACED IN OUR BIG SCREEN TELEVISION.
