The garage door opener was a simple fix involving repositioning the electric eye. However, he also replaced the rollers on the door, tightened the spring and lubricated all of the hinges. The door works better than ever and is surprisingly quiet!

I left a message about the broken door. Got a call back from Jeff before the day was out and made an appointment for the next day. He called when on his way, arrived at agreed time. He explained the problem with the old door and the fix. Did the work expertly. Would definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement/new.

I had my springs break this morning and found Jeff's company on Angie's List. I called him up and he was here in 30 minutes, on a Saturday. Jeff is a nice (tall) man who has been doing garage door work for 20+ years. He put on similar springs that were on the door before and noticed that the door was not properly balanced (last repair wasn't right). Jeff took off the incorrect replacement springs and replaced them with the proper ones. His commitment to doing a quality job gave me the right springs for my door despite the extra work for Jeff (at no additional cost to me). Overall, Jeff did a great job fixing the door properly and quickly (door was fixed within 1 1/2 hour of the call). I would definitely have Jeff come to my house again for any garage door work needed - he was professional, fast, and did quality work for a good price.

Jeff is great to work with.  He is very responsive and candid with his assessment of the situation and straightforward with his approach.  I recommend his services to whomever needs work on garage doors.

They were prompt, efficient. They realined a bent door paner and rechecked all my openers.

Everything went as planned.  There were no problems at all.  Jeff even brought me into the garage to explain everything related to the new garage door.  We paid for 30K cycle springs, but Jeff Austin (the owner), installed 50K cycle springs as a bonus.
Note:  We had received estimates from several companies.  Jeff's price was neither the highest nor the lowest; it was about average.  However, he came highly recommended by my neighbor across the street (my neighbor used to be the Manager at our local Home Depot).  My neighbor was very pleased with Jeff's work, and price.......and, so were we.
