We closed yesterday. Their rates were better than other companies that we searched. Ken Morley was the loan officer that we used. He saved us about $830 on the closing. He was really efficient and always in contact with us. He explained everything to us so we could understand. We would absolutely use them again.

KEN MORLEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR REFINACE FIT OUR BUDGET AND TO BE FAIR ON THE PRICES AND NUMBERS. ALL COSTS WERE ROLLED INTO OUR REFINANCING.
