The owner was very a little unresponsive with text messages showing him pictures of the work that needed to be done. When he called he said it was because his machine was in the shop and he wasn't sure how long it would take and didn't want to make promises he could not deliver on. I can respect that but a response saying that earlier would have been nice. They came and did the work great. I would just say that they actually spent about 20-30 minutes actually doing the work and about another hour total tinkering around at his truck and smoking. It didn't matter to me because I didn't have any where I need to go or anything but could annoy others more. His price was a lot lower than I was prepared for so that help me excuse some of his lack of profressionalism.
