I originally called sears. They took 3 days to get out to me. When they arrived, they explained i needed a new drive coupler on my washer and told me it would take them a week to get out with the part. Not only that but they quoted me $225 for the total job. Needless to say i was not happy. So I decided to use angies list. Jeff fixed the problem the same day i called. Here is the best part. He only charged me $125.00. Yep he was a $100 cheaper and fixed it same day. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff. He did a terrific job, never stopped hustling around even for a minute, and I and my family felt very comfortable around them. This is the first Angie's List review of a service company I have ever written, and we give 5280 appliance a perfect score. A great company and great value, I highly recommend them. We now have a appliance tech for life. Thank you Jeff
