We are a locally woman owned and operated company. Following a successful career in Corporate America as an award-winning customer service executive, the owner launched her second career as an entrepreneur and a local business owner of a national painting franchise. In August 2024, Karen transitioned out of the franchise and established Radiant Painting & Lighting in order to better service her community. I hired 360 to do most of my first floor including trim, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, closets, and a hallway. Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with and was exceptionally professional and communicative and flexible. Junior was very courteous and even did some drywall repair that turned out perfect. Truly a great value for the money. All in all I am so glad I went with these guys and I will not hesitate to hire them again.

I hired 360 Painting to paint most of the 1st floor of my house including a kitchen, living room, hallways, stairs, and handrails. The previous painters did a poor job and there was a lot to fix. Karen walked me through the process and provided great insight into how to handle the trickier parts like covering some really ugly yellow oak stairs. Karen was on the job site regularly to supervise her team and did an excellent job of following up and making sure I was happy with all the work. Karen was reliable, communicative, and delivered exactly what she promised. They did so well that I am hiring them to do additional exterior work for me once the weather allows. I am a very satisfied customer!
