I recently used #1 Radon to fix my existing radon mitigation system. I called and Jesse Fuller came to look at system same-day. He had it repaired the same week. He was professional and made me feel comfortable with work and costs to replace the existing fan. I highly recommend #1 Radon and Jesse Fuller.

Great value. They took care of a scheduling mistake on their part very quickly. A bit of a hole around the pipe going through our ceiling that I thought they would have covered or patched. Otherwise very good work.

This company was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, showed up on time, and did what they said they'd do. They weren't the cheapest of the companies I talked to, but I felt they knew much more and that their quality was higher. If you are comparing companies, make sure you're comparing apples to apples with the size of the fan, installation location choices, follow up tests, etc.

On the day promised and at the price quoted the first time. No surprises and thats the way I like to do business. Others bidded lower but came back when I asked for firm bids much higher than the original bid- If they wanted the work should not have played games.

They contact us immediately and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, however Jesse was able to get on the phone with us and offer us some ideas as to what might be wrong with our sump pump. He saved us $$$ as we were able to fix it with his help over the phone. When it comes time to be replaced I will definitely call them. Thanks Jesse!!
