Could not do it. Spent many hours waiting. Never showing up for the appointment fixing the sprinkler and mowing the lawn. Had to reschedule and take more hours off work. THEN NEVER SHOWED UP AFTER I RESCHEDULED. Broke a window and never paid for even though the owner, Will, said he would. OWNER NEVER CALLS BACK. RUN FROM THIS COMPAMY. PRICE MANY BE GOOD, $24 a week for mowing, BUT YOU WILL PAY IN THE LONG RUN. And certainly dont let the try to fix yoyr system. They dont know how. CHECK YELP AND THE BBB. I am not the only one who had issues with this company.

Poorly. We strongly recommend not using this companies services for lawn care or sprinkler service. Lawn care services required 3 phone calls and 3 emails until completed despite multiple promises from office admin and owner, Will Combs. I will say that the office receptionist, Anna is very friendly and helpful despite delays in follow up. The owner is very friendly and apologetic due to the companies inability to complete jobs. Sometimes, they need 2 to 5 days to return calls or emails, fyi. Trisona also agreed to perform sprinkler repairs on a property which required new heads to be added to an existing zone and some non performing heads to be replaced. After 6 visits by Trisona and 6 failed attempts, we had to hire a different sprinkler contractor. Trisona's employees including the owner did not seem to understand how irrigation systems work. On the first visit, one tech who was later fired by Trisona, turned off the main water at street and left the cover off and the home without water. Second visit, 3 heads replaced but installed 6" above ground level to later be sheared off by lawn mowers. Request to provide full coverage to a large area resulted in 1 head being installed (see photo below). Failure after failure after failure followed by empty promise after empty promise.
