Real Estate Service
Couldn't get return phone calls. Place sold for the listing price in 3 days. Didn't get a cup of coffee, a Walmart gift card, or even a thank you. Agent was on vacation most of the time. 've bought and sold property in 3 states and every other realtor expressed some gratitude--a fruit basket or a gift card or just a note--even though all of my other properties took a good deal more work and the agents did more of it than I did.
I also got a referral to a "friendly" mortgage broker who told me I couldn't qualify for a loan on another purchase, so I secured a loan myself without much problem.
Can't really recommend ever using this outfit.
I also emailed the owner/broker regarding the agent's demands that I do things immediately coupled with the lack of response when I needed something done and never received a response. I would not only never use them again, I will never again use a realtor. Expensive lesson.
