I've been with them for several years. I have to do a cold boot on the system about every second day or no internet. If they shut the system down for maintenance they don't bother letting their customers know. They used to send a mass e-mail but they don't do that any more. My system went down this summer. It took them four trips over five days to find out the cable was eaten by a mouse. They replaced the wire from my router to the dish. When they attached it to my outside wall they just screwed it while not bothering to make it straight, it ended up like a zig zag! I'd use someone else but the only other wireless provider is worse. This summer our electric company is providing fiber optics. I sondeerimine of Blanca telephong (Jade Communications) Will be In business!! Four times I got the ill call you right back, but they never did.
