 + -1 moreThey failed to provide any customer service, they couldn't even bother to return a phone call.
Description of Work: This business failed to answer the phone during normal business hours in the middle of the day. I left a clear voice message and repeated my phone number and they never returned my call when my heat went out. Needles, to say, this company failed to provide even the most basic service.

 + -1 moreJob 1 had some minor quality issues, which were fixed by the company owner. Job 2 went as it should, and the experience was good.
Description of Work: There were really tow jobs: (1) A gas line was installed. THis was overly expensive and comnplicated by the fact that my general contractor did not pay the company. So I ended up paying even more money. (2) Finish plumbing was done in a new construction. The work was done correctly, by pleasant plumbers, and the price this time was reasonable.
