We needed three ceiling fans installed in our home. The staff at Alpine Electric were professional from start to finish! The electricians showed up on time, were tidy, and worked efficiently.

A tree branch had fallen and ripped the electrical service off of our home. We were without power completely. Called Alpine Electric and they arrived within the hour. They had our power back on with in an hour. They also upgraded our existing electrical service. They were friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable from what I have learned since.

They are hard to get a hold of and never return phone calls. Their prices are easily twice what others charge. Their replacement parts are of poor quality and they do not stand behind their products or work.

I called in late in the day on Wednesday when my GFCI socket failed to reset in the bathroom. This wouldn't be a big deal except when it won't reset, the bedroom and the living room also lose power. They were not able to get there that day and I did not feel it was an emergency. The next day I did not hear from anyone so I called at 3:00 to verify someone was coming that day. They assured me someone would be and it was within 30 minutes that I received a call. I did appreciate the call before arriving. The electrician estimated a 5 minute arrival time and was there in 5 minutes. He was personable and answered all questions I had. I didn't think there was anything that could be done about the loss of power in the rest of the house but he said it was an easy fix if I wanted it done. All told,he was here about 40 minutes. He even explained how the new socket was different from the one we had. I can't comment on the price since I will be billed, and while it was a small job, the experience was good and I will use them again.

 They were there on time, did the work quickly, and came in under their estimate, which they refunded on the final bill. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.
