When my husband and I hired Holly Kuecke, an agent with Goodman Realty to help us in the process of buying a house, we thought it would make our lives easier and lighten our load.  Boy, were we wrong.  From the beginning of our working relationship with her she was completely unprofessional, and gave us the feeling that she had never done this before.  When we told her to put in our initial offer on the home we wished to purchase, she lied and said that she sent it over.  When we asked her about it a week later she finally told us that she had not yet submitted anything.  After 2 weeks we finally got it sent to the seller's agent.  That should have been the red flag, but we gave her chance after chance.  When we would call, text, or email, it would take her days if even at all to respond.  She did not submit everything we asked her to submit.  During the entire 6 week period that she acted as our realtor, she only sent us 1 document and did not ever get us under contract during that time.  Eventually, out of frustration and worry that we were going to continue to get nowhere, we called the seller's agent to fill us in on what was going on.  A couple of days later Holly called to tell us that she quit.  Not only did she quit, but she did it on a Friday afternoon, after all deadlines and counterproposals had expired.  When she quit, she made a deal with the seller's agent to get a referral fee and have the seller's agent take over.  Because of this, when we tried to hire a new agent so that we could start over in the process they were all too worried about taking us on for fear that they would not receive the commission.  Basically she left us in a total rut.  Within 2 weeks of this happening we were left with no choice but to use the seller's agent and do a lot of the work ourselves in order to get the house we so desperately wanted to purchase.  Never have I met an agent as unprofessional as this one.  I would never recommend her to anyone.  In fact, she was so terrible I would recommend someone represent themselves before hiring her.  If I were Goodman Realty, I would not want her unprofessionalism associated with my name or reputation.
