I called, left a message on what must be his cell phone and he called back within the hour. He was able to come to the house for an estimate in two days. He started work the next week, after finishing his current job. He advised that his labor costs would be approximately $300 per day, plus materials, and he kept well within the range. I think he worked at the house, (again, I didn't have to be there), on and off for 6-7 days. I got more than my money's worth.
