remodeling, pressure washing, stucco, house painters
 + 2 moreI called, left a message on what must be his cell phone and he called back within the hour. He was able to come to the house for an estimate in two days. He started work the next week, after finishing his current job. He advised that his labor costs would be approximately $300 per day, plus materials, and he kept well within the range. I think he worked at the house, (again, I didn't have to be there), on and off for 6-7 days. I got more than my money's worth.
Description of Work: We have a vacation home that needed EVERYTHING done, and Mr. Sandman was able to do it all. I didn't have to be there, he's reliable and did more, and better quality than I'd expected. He had suggestions on how something could be done less expensively but finishing is great. He "blasted" with baking soda instead of sand, wrought iron railings, concrete coping around the pool and brick indoors which had been painted yellow, down to the natural color. I needed some stucco work done, then painting, and odds and ends repair work. He prepped beautifully before he painted anything.
