Terry was astounding at assisting me with this purchase. I had some specific wants from my new home, and she carefully steered me towards homes that met my criteria. Occasionally she probed to see what my limits were, and then she respectfully revised her searches for me. After a couple months of looking at properties, I settled on one. However, the home inspection discovered a serious structural problem, and I backed out of the deal, forcing Terry to renew her search on my behalf. She took on this challenge in her typical good-natured way. She helped me find a terrific home, and I closed in February. And she has helped arrange contractors for me after the sale, too. I highly recommend Terry if you are seeking a realtor who is kind, careful, professional and consistently in your corner.
