We bought our home almost two years back and it was a new construction that sat unoccupied for a year. There were a lot of critters in and around the property. Most bugs I don't mind, but Sun Spiders freak me out because they are aggressive and I find them so hard to kill. The first week we moved in there was one that was hanging out on my daughter's bed. It was huge and freaky looking, but fortunately I was able to kill it.
This prompted an immediate need for pest control. There is where we began story with Sunny. He is a small business owner, but you wouldn't tell by how he dresses and his equipment. I say this in a good way as many of the local service people have somewhat relaxed grooming and uniform standards. You would think Sunny works for a large corporation with a fleet of trucks.
Summers out here in the desert prompt a lot of critters to go on the hunt and usually they find their way into homes. With Sunny's advice, I have sealed all small entries and caulked seams that could be potential entry paths. I know that in the summer if I have an issue with a particular zone, he will come back out right away.
I could go on about our many positive experiences about Sunny and his son (he has been my exterminator a few months shy of two years), but chances are if you're looking for pest control, you need someone right away. So stop wasting time reading this and call him for yourself. Like me, you will not be disappointed.

After identifying a pest infestation in my newly purchased house, I determined that I needed pest control services. I found Sunny and Sons on Angie's List and placed a call to Sunny on a Monday morning. After a detailed synopsis of his services, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day.
Upon arriving at my house, Sunny confirmed the prearranged services. Additionally, he invited me to walk around the house to identify areas of concern and provide educational comments. Once I confirmed the prearranged services, he immediately began to apply the pest control agent to the exterior and interior of the house. Areas of application included base boards, vertical corners, and around the water heater.
Sunny was extremely responsive in person as well as on the phone. He was punctual and extremely professional. He requested permission to enter my house, despite my constant presence, and donned shoe covers inside.
The time required for one application of pest control agent to the exterior and interior took approximately 40 minutes. As a small, local business owner, Sunny takes cash or check. Sunny also offers a 30 guarantee on all of his services.

He works with his own truck. It is very reasonable. It is $65 a treatment. After he treated our one house for spiders, bees and everything like that I was unable to get rid of these for seven years but he was able to do it. He got rid of pigeons from our kitchen and the quoted price was $250 but I thought that he did more work so asked him whether I had to pay more but he refused and finally took $400. He was just terrific. He explains what he is doing and he is really good. He is on contract with us as I have few houses and a building. So he works on all off those.
