They come every other month. In August, they came so they won't come this month and then come again in October. They spray inside too if I need it. I am not home all the time, they'll come and spray the outside. If I see pests inside, then I call them and we arrange for them to come in and spray inside. Right now I am grading them about a C because I've had to get them to come out a couple of times because I keep having spider webs. And, I saw a spider inside my bedroom. They've come back. If I call them, I'll tell them, 'I am still seeing a lot of spider webs'. Then they come back but I am still seeing them so I am not quite sure. I just received a new service man. I had another one and he seemed to do a really good job but now I have another one. Maybe he's not quite as good as the first one. They move them around and that kind of thing. I think the price is reasonable. I think it's good. I am happy with the price. They are in-line with other pest controls. They call me and tell me they are coming and it's every other month. It's not like I have to call them. They always call me. They are very good. I don't see them all the time but when I've called them, they are very professional. I'd use them again.
