Sunday. Labor Day weekend. Temp outside 98*. Temp inside 93*. Ugh. Thankfully, we were under new home purchase warranty and Harrison A/C was the responding company to our desperation call. Jim was friendly, efficient, and got us up and running again with a new fan / motor just a couple hours after we put in the call. The cost to us was $60 -- kind of like an insurance deductible for health care. I asked what it would have been without that protection -- he confided it would have been $340 - $350. We were so thankful for his prompt response, diagnosis, and fix. I'll call for him again.
