I live in a remote cabin in the desert - I called several other carpet repair places and asked if they repaired or installed carpet - none of the other carpet places would help me, I lived to far out! Not Jim at Hardesty though!!!! He said I can help you, and he arranged for one of his installers to come out the next day - great price too but above all his customer service was the best. Very nice and friendly and super responsive. I will but carpet, tile or whatever from him in the future. awesome experience, the installer called to get directions and was even early rather than late

EXCELLENT SELECTION IN THEIR SHOWROOM, THEY STAY IN TOUCH REGARDING SCHEDULING AND DO A GOOD JOB INSTALLING. THEIR FOLLOW UP WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM (NOW AND THEN IN PAST JOBS) IS GOOD.
