came out the next day. Was early. Spent 20-30 minutes and would not charge me. I've been telling all my friends when they roof to call this company.

The job went smoothly considering the city inspector that sometimes delays the process. I'm happy with job done at my house. It's about 1350 sq. Feet living space, plus the garage.

I called and spoke to Lonnie. He came out and showed up on time, asked a few questions, and went up onto the roof. He initially did not see any particularly horrible spots on the roof, but saw the interior water stains on the ceiling. He decided that he would patch/coat the general area for FREE, and then I should let him know if it works, because the issue could be minor...or possibly old. How nice is that? Wonderful customer service. Then, he went up to do the work and did find one spot that appeared to be "possibly" bad with a tear, and patched/coated it...and still did not want a payment because he wanted to make sure it worked first. It may be a month before it rains again in Palm Springs, but I will be using Elite roofing for repairs or replacement if one is needed in the future. It was the best and nicest service I've received in a very long time. He seemed to really care about doing a good job for me.

What a fantastic company.  We had only lived in our house a month when we discovered a leak over a garage. Lonnie showed up on time and quickly found the leak and repaired it.  He then went over our whole flat roof looking for any other maintenance issues we may have had and pointed out areas to keep an eye on.  And if that wasn't enough, he cleaned up all the leaves and debris that had collected on the roof.  The most amazing part was that he didn't even charge us for it!!!  It's so nice to know we have found a roofer we can trust!  I can't say enough nice things about how impressed we are with Elite Roofing and Lonnie!!!  Oh, and after the last heavy rain our garage didn't leak!

Even though we welcomed the recent rainfall we did not embrace the leak it caused in one of our bedrooms.  I contacted two roofing companies to give us an estimate on the repairs.  Elite Roofing Company was the second company that I contacted and I am glad that I waited for a second opinion.  Unlike the first company this company arrived on time and gave me a full explanation of what repairs would be needed in the future.  They did not charge me for today's visit and even fixed the current issue to get us through the season.  The future repairs that they recommended are more of a maintenance nature.  Imagine my shock when I was told that the repair had been made and at no cost!  Lonnie is the gentleman that made the visit to our house today and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. After suffering through numerous companies that don't provide quality work and honest answers, I can say that Lonnie has restored my faith in contractors!

Thanks to elite roofing i was able to find a wood framer (Craig) to do a patio 12 x 40. took me about 6 months to find someone and Elite Roofing recommended me Craig Drake. He poured out new concrete floor and builded the wood frame. once it was done, Filemon from elite roofing send there guys to finish the roof top with shingles. it was very nice to deal with Craig and Elite Roofing(Fil) to meet my expectations. Craig was very attentive that he even connected some electric boxes so i can connect couple fans without even asking. Also one more thing to note is, that you don't have to be behind them to do what they ask to. i was surprise that there's still people behind their words. very honest people to work with.

I could not have been more proud to have selected Elite Roofing (License Number 873927).  Lonnie was my sells rep but was also on the job from start to finish.  The Team's meticulous attention to detail allowed me to have peace of mind.  Lonnie took pictures during the job and I went up on the roof at completion and was further amazed at their quality of work.  Not only was their quality second to none, their clean up was equally as good.  Elite Roofing, you guys were amazing and thank you for a job well done; simply awesome.

Lonnie and his team were always on time, courteous, and followed through exceptionally well. From providing a quote through to following up after installation to see how everything was going after the solar contractor finished, every step of the way was smooth and pleasant. Lonnie shared his extensive knowledge and helped us decide what the best option was for our unique low-slope roof given latest title 24 restrictions. He gave us confidence that we'd be completely satisfied with the final product. Despite blazing sun and high winds, his crew was pleasant, careful and cleaned up the job site at the end of the job. Out of the dozens of sub contractors I've hired on this job, Elite is one of few that I would hire again and recommend to others. 

I called them about a roof leak. They asked me to text them with my contact info. Lonnie texted me saying he could come that afternoon. He arrived on time and looked at the leak and offered to fix it on the spot! He did fix it and told me to give him feedback if it worked or not. He was polite and professional. He offered to show me what he had done. I had another roofing company come to give an estimate as well but they had a 1-2 week wait to actually do the repair. I really appreciated the immediate repair especially as we are expecting flash flood warning level rain in the next 24 hours!

Outstanding professionalism.  Lonnie conducted a thorough inspection of all ventilation pipes (about 12) and roof drains (9), sealed the cracked caulking on two vent pipes that had older caulking.  He also provided some advice on proper installation of flashing on a section of tiled roof where water was getting to the wood beams below the tiles.  Because he hadn't really fixed anything big, he told me there would be no charge for the inspection.  Lonnie is friendly and knows the ins and outs of roofing after many years of running his own roofing company.  Elite Roofing does a great job.  I have them on my e-Contacts for any future roofing needs that may come along.

all went exactly like he said ,  i thought that was great , being  that i do not live in the city where my property is located I am 1 1/2 hour away. this  is rental property .
i was not even their for the free estimate , no stress ,, great job  ., all the whole job completed in week , I Highly recommend

I believe I have succeeded where Diogenes failed. I have found an honest man!
 Lonnie Buskirk of Elite Roofing today came to give me an estimate for a new roof. He was punctual and quite affable. After climbing on my roof to take measurements, he returned to ask me why I needed a new roof. I told him the existing composition roof was over 20 years old and close to the end of life for that type of roof. He told me that unless it was leaking (which it is not) the roof was probably good for another 4-5 years. He then proceeded to ask permission to do a few small no-charge repairs. I acceded to his request. When he finished, I told him that I too had been in the construction industry for many years, and that it had been my experienced that many in that craft were ill-trained, and inclined toward tilting the scales in their favor.
When I do need my roof replaced, I truly hope that Lonnie is still available. Philip Allen

It went fine. They seem to be the biggest roofing contractor but they called me back. They were very responsive.
