The owner is very charming and at first you will believe his empty promises to improve and make things better and right. We've been with the company for 6 months and things have never "been right." We've tried to give them a chance as they are licensed and bonded which at first seemed a big plus. From the beginning things weren't getting done. Calls to the owner regarding this were met with promises of improvement. We again tried to give them a chance. Well, we could certainly pay a neighbor boy to do the bare minimum of what these folks did. We thought we were hiring professionals. If what you want is endless excuses, deceit and empty promises then this company is for you. If you want professional service you will have to look elsewhere which is what we're now doing. Save yourself the headache and don't hire this company!
