Impossible to contact when we needed the dimensions for pouring the concrete pad for the install.

Same as above: I purchased a hot tub from them. They were to meet with the landscaper, for access to the power supply in concrete that was being laid. They never showed or called. I called for help with getting the water chemically balanced. They were unable to help, only sell me expensive chemicals. No follow up. They came to collect the final check, I really wanted not to pay them, but I did. It was the final check I cannot remember how much it was for. All if this was in 2011. I spent about $8,000. on the tub and installation. They never once called me to check in as to how it was going. When I called them for help they never returned my calls. I ended up calling the manufacturer, Beachcomber Hot Tubs, they helped me out. I will never go near these people. I dealt with the owner.

Rick from All Seasons had discovered the missing plate while cleaning the stove when he came out a couple of weeks before- no problems with the work performed on that visit. My only issue was with communication - Rick had mentioned that we could probably replace the plate ourselves and I thought we'd probably do that since it didn't seem that difficult. Having a workman come out and install it costs $100 more, and money is tight for us since we are doing other repairs on the house. I should have called and talked to someone directly to clarify we were thinking of installing it ourselves. That being said - it was a dirty job and the workman got it done quickly and efficiently and our stove in back in top shape after the cleaning and the new refractory plate. I would recommend them - they are very responsive and do great work.

The work turned out great. As far as them coming in and doing the work, it was great. They were here. They did the work. They kept coming back and following up. But I had a few issues with it. The only problem I had with them was that when I would call them with a problem and ask somebody to come out, nobody would come out. I had to call a few times. I didn’t feel that I should have to do that on that amount of money for that pool. That happened, and in the process of that happening, the boss talked to his people about it. So it wasn’t so bad a little bit after that, but I had issues. With regard to price, I didn’t actually go through anybody else. So I couldn’t really judge on how the pricing would be on it. When they first started and came out, their responsiveness was good. They were pretty professional. I still call them if I have issues.

They were absolutely great. I recommend them to everybody. I recommend my sister to them. They're simply the best in the area. I think he ended up not charging us because he inspected it and he said it did not need to be cleaned. They showed up on time. He could have easily said it needed to be cleaned, we were prepared for that but he said it didn't need to be, the honesty impressed me. I will absolutely use them again.

They were punctual and did the job for the bid price. So far, two years after, no problems. They're responsive and professional. They have to haul it way to do the repair work. They were fairly available.

Great. They do a fantastic job. If I were going to purchase another pellet stove, that is where I would go. They call us and let us know that it is time for us to service our stove. Of course, we have neighbors next door that have a pellet stove through them too, so then we try to schedule it for both of us at the same time. When we have had a problem, they have gotten out very quickly to take care of it. We live in an area where they are the only ones that install pellet stove. They can give you a time-frame to come out, like a one hour window.

This is where All Seasons went above and beyond - when my controller and panel went out, they tried for 2 weeks to search for the replacement, I know they made at least one trip out to my place and spent hours on the phone with suppliers trying to find OEM parts. Long story short - we could not find them, but they did come up with a great alternative - they found a replacement top piece and then custom mounted it to make sure it looked great!! my old controller was confusing and Don/Alicia found me one that does all the bells and whistles but is actually easy to see and understand. they also found me a 2 year warranty so I don't have to worry about any issues for the next 2 years! they also trust people!!! I could not meet them due to my work schedule but we were able to handle everything over the phone! Real true professionals. Honest and Fair too!

Service rep arrived at the time he said he would and was careful to lay a tarp around his working area. Besides doing the repair on the fireplace, he also cleaned it nicely and cleaned up after himself when he was through. I was very impressed and always have been with this company. I highly recommend them!
