Mike arrived exactly as scheduled. He helped us select the unit for best overall performance. On installation day he showed up few minutes early!! The work entailed lifting a heavy unit onto the roof, connecting a water line, wiring it in; and installing both delivery and return ductwork. Although the work required that he cut holes for the registers in the ceiling, by the time he was finished there was not a speck of plaster dust. The work was completed on the second day, exactly as he promised. The unit operates perfectly, saving nearly $600 per year over air conditioning.
