Win responded to our need for a complete home inspection in a reasonable time. Our real estate agent accompanied the inspector when the inspection was done. What was missed: black mold in the laundry, a toilet leak in the guest bathroom, and a leaky faucet in the laundry. All of these faults were obvious. Additionally Win, was late in sending me a copy of the inspection report. Yes, this was an and quot;as isand quot; short sale but it would have been nice to know what was ahead in repairs. These folks came highly recommended so let's write it off to a bad day.
