I don't think I would recommend him. He did an alright job. He was professional.

The price was very reasonable. Steve is very easy to work with and does a thorough job. He was punctual and accommodating as far as the times to do the work. The floors were not well taken care of, but Steve did excellent work. The floors looked beautiful after he was done. The estimates he gave were totally sight on scene. He was trustworthy and explained everything effectively.

Everything went as expected.  They worked well as a team with a minimum of talk and a steady flow of work.  If they had any questions they made sure we knew what they were doing and advised us to be careful moving from damp carpet to tile flooring as we could slip.  It was a pleasant experience doing business with them.

They were very professional and helpful.  When they left, we found some problems and they came back right away to correct them.  I have no complaints against them.

This guy was great! I called Steve's Carpet Care in the mix of calling a few different cleaners. Steve (the owner) answered the phone and took his time explaining the process and provided a detailed quote and stuck to it!! There was absolutely no pressure to commit during the entire process (this was different from others I called) which I really appreciate. When he got here he got right to work. He was very professional, extremely reasonably priced and his equipment is top of the line and super powerful. The carpets look practically brand new! We had some hefty stains that he was able to get out (at no extra charge, a BIG plus!). We were simply blown away by the quality of his work. We most definitely will use Steve again and refer him to others!

I will definitely call Steve again at least every year to clean our carpet and tile.  Steve came over on a Saturday and did his magic.  My carpet is a light beige and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in about 3 years.  There were a lot of small dark spots everywhere and the carpet was turning black where there was foot traffic and we have never had our tile professionally cleaned before so it really needed it.  Also, my condo is on the third floor, so not everybody would be too excited to haul up their hoses to my place.  But Steve brought up his hoses and went to work.  My wife and I left for a couple hours and when we came back we couldn't believe our eyes.  I thought he had installed new carpet! And the tile looked amazing!   Everything was perfectly cleaned!  I need to call him every year (at least).    Thanks Steve!W
