Their service was good.

My cat could not deal with the new kitten in the house and she peed on my new rug.  I called Scott's and they were out same day and did a wonderful job!  All stains are removed
I have used Scott's for over 20 years now.  Many years in Redlands with my home and my business.  Now I have moved to Chino Hills and they come out to service my carpets here as well.  
 They are amazing!!!  I have wood floors and area rugs over the top.  They can clean the rugs, completely and not damage the wood floors at all.

Scott was extremely professional both in giving me a quote and in his service.  He was able to answer all of my questions ahead of time and came within 48 of my request for cleaning.  He and his assistant arrived on time (actually a bit early;-)). They were both courteous and professional.  They completed the cleaning in less than two hours and our carpet looks and feels amazing!  We'll have them back to do other rooms and probably again in a year for upkeep.

Terrific! Scott came out for the estimate the day I called, and came back the following Sat. He and his assistant were punctual, friendly, and did a thorough job on my poor old carpets.

My carpet was badly soiled and now it is sparkling clean.
The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. (Andy and Brandon). Furniture moved as required. Carpet was pre-sprayed and spots treated and carpet cleaned as advertised on their web page.
Technicians were very professional, conscientious and courteous. They did an outstanding job. More than met my expectations.
Having previously managed the Housekeeping Dept in hospitals, I appreciate having a job well done.

Arrived at scheduled time.  Scott was skilled and professional.  He was consiencious about his work and he protected the baseboards and walls.  When doing the upstairs, he blocked the water so it didn't touch our newly installed carpet and he and his helper wore disposable booties to protect the carpet.

I was quite please with the work and have hired him to do another house we own.

He did a fantastic job. The quality of the works looks great, and he seemed very professional. They also gave me a certain percentage off which was really nice.

Just honest, thorough, tidy, & excellent work completed all within a reasonable amount of time. They're in & out & my carpets look so refreshed & visibly clean. They are courteous, animal friendly, punctual, & efficient. -- AND strangely enough, he has the most interesting & informative newsletters that periodically arrive; -- Which I always seem to find myself enjoying reading it. (& I'm not one who cares for such things, believe me). They're just great -- A pleasure to do business with.
