WOW!!   What a difference clean windows make and Carl did an exceptional job.  He not only cleans the windows but he also polishes them, because a few days after he was here, it rained!  As I watched the rain come down and ruin the wonderful job he had done I noticed on some of the windows the water glided off but, of course,  other windows were wrecked.  He had no reservations about coming back out and redid the outsides with no complaints or asking for extra money, and he explained that was part of the service.  Almost all of my windows are quite large and each have three tall panes of glass.
Carl is a very personable young man and a hard worker, with a good work ethic.  He went above and beyond and added cleaning my bathroom mirrors with no additional cost!  He also has some discounted rates if you go on a regular schedule.  I had no reservations having him inside my home or working about.  He brings all his own equipment, including special shoe covers to wear inside.  That is a very important detail if you have light colored carpets!!  He is also licensed and insured,  a real mark of a serious businessman!
