Dale came out to our home, quickly evaluated what we had already and made recommendations. He fixed the water pressure valves, some sprinkler lines and drip system. A month or so later, he came out and replaced our control box. He is a professional in every sense: honest, efficient and reliable. I recommended him to my neighbors and other friends. Naturally, I'll be calling him again. I am not including how much I paid because I would have to look through files for the receipt but the cost was absolutely reasonable.

Did a good job repairing and replacing sprinklers that needed a serious tune up. Also able to hardwire and install timer. Will use again when time come.

Dale and his assistant Reynaldo showed up on time, dug up the flooding line and expeditiously replaced the ruptured line. We also realized roots from a nearby tree were causing the problem and more water lines were in danger. At my request they took down the tree and dug up the trunk. The whole job took about 2 hours and their compensation was very reasonable. They are now my "go to" guys for any job like this in the future. Very professional and dependable.

Mr. Rhodes arrived at the correct time and replaced a leaking valve at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend and will rehire him for any future sprinkler problems.

Appalling. By the end of one day's work with an assistant, he billed me for nearly $1500, part of which included an unsuccessful attempt to improve the water pressure of the sprinklers; at no point did he suggest that this work could cost well over $1000, in which case I would not have undertaken the service. He installed a new sprinkler controller and told me he would return to show me how to work it - he never did. At one point he used my front fence as a urinal, in front of myself and my wife. The "work" done had no appreciable effect on the performance of the sprinklers, and he did not even turn on the sprinklers in the planters, which my gardener did at a later date. If you want to use this contractor, at the very least get a firm quote for the work, and if he suggests he needs to dig a huge hole in your front yard, be very wary.

If you're in the North County of San Diego I'd recommend calling Dale. He responded quickly with fantastic price and service. He set up my sprinkler wires to my system as well as teed off main water source created a shut off valve with pressure regulator.

Dale has been my " sprinkler man" for years. He and his helper, Reynaldo, work hard and are punctual, friendly and hard working. Always solves my sprinkler problems. Excellent choice I made when I chose this guy on Annie's List! I have recommended him to my neighbors and they all agree he is the best!

One line was terminated and not replaced on initial visit subsequently after several calls and messages Dale and his assistant came out and fixed it. Another drip line doesn't seem to be working so called, Dale answered identified myself and he hung up on me, may be it was a dropped call so left message no return calls.

Dale is skilled, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Over the past 8 years he has done excellent work for us at excellent rates. This time, he repaired a sprinkler ,along a public sidewalk, that had been bent and broken below ground. He replaced it ,along with another one, using a different type of head that won't be vulnerable to being broken. He also reduced our water use by noticing and shutting off a whole row of sprinklers that were unnecessary in an area where we had removed the plants. We highly recommend Dale.
