Tom came out as scheduled, on time. He quickly ascertained the problem (a burned wire) in the compressor. We called because they AC wasn't cooling. In less than a half hour, the AC was cooling the house. The cost was very reasonable, and he cleaned the unit. At no point did the technician try to up sell or do anything other than fix our problem.
I highly recommend using HUDCO, Inc. because they will do an honest job, and we've tried several companies.
One company wanted to replace everything for over $10,000.
$86 fix, or a $10,000 replace?

On day one they were very quick and efficient with the removal of the old systems components with no disruption to our daily routine.
On day two the crane was here for only 30 minutes to setup and place the new system on the roof where the installer had prepared the supply and return plenums and curb mount by midday we had the coolest home since we moved here.
