The first person that came out said that because I lived in an Association he was not allowed by his company to go on the roof. When I made the appointment I made it very clear that I lived in an association. Since you need to go on the roof the roof to do the inspection I told him we had nothing further to discuss. Shortly thereafter I received a call from his supervisor. I told him there was nothing to discuss. I then received, a few days later, a call from from the supervisor's manager. She informed me that they do go on roofs in associations and would find out why I was told what I was told. In the meantime would I allow them to setup another appointment. I agreed and they sent out a manager and a helper. They examined the roof and took pictures of a few places that need to be corrected. They did the work and showed me pictures of the completed work. I believe that issues happened and they stepped up and corrected the misunderstanding.
