Every once in a while you run into a service contractor that just feels right from the first meeting. Derek hit all the right buttons immediately and continued the high level of service all the way through the full HVAC ducting install. Every question I had was answered fully. The system now performs like new. I've already asked him about a mid summer compressor service. I would highly recommend Derek for anyone's HVAC install and service needs.

I appreciate the fact that this company came out to Apple Valley, to perform a swamp cooler maintenance service for me. I like to keep up on my routine equipment maintenance so that when I need my units they work as expected. The service was fast, professional and efficient. I will use them again next year for my swamp cooler and my air-conditioner and heater units.

The work has not been performed yet we have a scheduled date next week. Even though the work is not done I would say that I have trust in the company to replace our AC. The main reason is for Derick their representative he is a pro in his evaluation and knowledge, he was very informative and all our questions were answered. Derick is a total professional! He is also the one that will return with a helper to do the work.

Never gave me an estimate. Fixed the problem and Seriously overcharged me. Would never use or recommend again. Charged 99.00 for 3 minutes of work.
