We have had the unit for 3 weeks. So far ...... perfect! It's a Day and Night unit.....larger than our old one and there is more air flow which means it's a little more noisy; probably to be expected since it's larger, but we've gotten use to it, not bothersome. It seems to run for much shorter periods than the old one too.

If you want a positvie experience with professional workmanship and service......dont use Vardells. If you want a headache or less than acceptable or shotty workmanship....do use Vardells.
