Called again today trying to schedule a regular check-up appointment was told we could not as they didn't have anything for the next two days. We said ok please scheduled a appointment for two days out and was told NO YOU HAVE TO COME IN ON A EMERGENCY BASIS. The previous 1,600.00 was paid in full when we brought our dog in so there was no balance on our account. The receptionist told us she would NOT leave a msg for the doctor and was very rude and condescending. They're open 24/7. They may see you as a regular patient or you come in as an emergency. I had a bad experience with them. I called them at 4:00 a.m. and had to wait until 8:00 a.m. to bring her in. They take x-rays and found a shadow in the x-ray that showed she probably ate string or something like that. They did the procedure where they take photos of her stomach and this showed nothing in her stomach. They still had not treated my dog for dehydration at 2:00 in the afternoon. They sent her home with some medicine. They're just taking people for a financial ride. I don't think they know what they're doing. I lost all faith with them.

Plain and simple I don't trust them with my pets or my money! Both dogs were always worse off when picked them up from boarding. They always wanted to tack on more items on the bill to raise revenue. IF THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMER! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER!
If you are getting quality service from them...congratulations!
In the end I did not pay to have my dogs teeth cleaned and all vacinations up to be up to date so you could just put her to sleep.
The place we did take her was very sensitive to us losing out 14 year old family member and even sent a sympathy card.

They are wonderful. The one thing that they do and no one else does in this area is that, they are open 24/7, 365 days a year. That's definitely convenient and it's not found every day.

The second we enter the vet office, the employees always greet us and the puppies with enthusiasm. We are always taking to an exam room quickly. When the vet comes in she gets right down on the floor and plays with the puppies for a couple of minutes before she does anything else. She always takes time to answer all of our questions. We have always had a great experience. When our puppies have required over night stays, the staff always calls us with updates and doesn't mind when we call to make sure the pups are doing well. I am so happy we were told about this vet hospital!

Northpointe Veterinary Hospital is a wonderful place. Everything they have done so far has been working well for my pets. I wouldn't go back to them for twenty years otherwise. I would continue to use their services in the future.

The price is a little high, but they are very good. They have a lot of vets working there. They give high quality care. The dog did get better. He told me to take her back if we had more problems. It was a good experience.
