We feel very good about our experience at Mallen's. They are now our permanent car repair service. They could very easily have charged us for a false brake repair bill or not have told us that disconnecting the courtesy lights was an option, but they were totally honest and did their best to save us money. We highly recommend Mallen's not only for their honesty and efficiency but their courtesy as well - they even gave my husband a ride home when he dropped off the car!

I left a message requesting a quote but did not get a return call. I did not call them back because I felt that if they were too busy to respond they might not provide timely service. I will probably contact them again if I need another quote in the future.
