Key and Associates Civil Engineers
About us
Key and Associates Civil Engineers was founded in 1975 as Gough, Key & Laughlin and has been serving the Yuba-Sutter area since. The firm has been a reliable business partner for local area businesses and the community over the years and brings with them a vast and diverse body of knowledge, experience and expertise to achieve our project goals in an efficient and timely manner. Our team of engineers, surveyors, and drafters offer a commitment to client service at an excellent value. Key & Associates offers exceptionally competitive rates for the experience and competence of our team and offer an approach to cost control which will balance the needs with budget constraints to produce the best possible value. The office has been in the same location since 1980. Long time returning clientele include private developers, ranchers, real estate agents, local agencies, irrigation districts, and private individuals. Key and Associates is an integral part of the community, being recognized and awarded by the Sutter County Board of Supervisors for outstanding community service. We believe it is important to give back to the community and have donated engineering services to projects such as the Sutter County Hock Farm, Sutter Buttes Little League, the Sutter County Museum, and the Dobbins Oregon House Community Center. Key and Associates is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce, Yuba Sutter Builders and Developers Association, National Federation of Independent Business, and as long time residents of the Yuba Sutter Area will continue to serve the community in an effort to keep the Yuba-Sutter area one of the best places to live in California.
