Terrific. We've had a service agreement with John Burger for years, so when it came time to replace my AC, we knew this was a reliable business that wouldn't try to sell us a unit too large for our needs. When I had concerns about whether the unit would fit the existing pad, John came out himself to check. The installation itself went well. The young men knew what they were doing, were friendly and ready to answer questions. We love our new AC! So efficient and quiet. And I'm confident that, continuing with our service agreement, John Burger will be there to ensure regular maintenance and upkeep. Great office staff, too. Highly recommend.

Lance showed up on time and went straight to work. He cleaned things, checked for proper freon amounts, etc. I have an ongoing service agreement with Burger and this was the annual spring/summer tune-up. Glad to have someone I can trust.

Our 20-year-old air conditioner started blowing warm air instead of cold. This company was the only one I called that was able to give me next day service. (We're having a heat wave and I was willing to wait a day rather than pay another company $100+/hour for "emergency" service; thankfully, our ceiling and floor fans got us through the night). The technician, Shaun, arrived within the first hour of the time frame I was given. He was friendly and very patient about explaining what he was doing and why, as well as giving me pointers on how to keep my unit in good shape. The entire process took about 30 minutes and I am now enjoying blissfully cool air. I was so pleased with Shaun's work that I purchased the company's maintenance program. Great guy, great service!

8/15/12 UPDATE: The $300 total includes the diagnostic charge, parts, coolant, and the yearly fee for the Preferred Service Agreement ($130), which includes a spring A/C tuneup, a fall furnace tuneup, priority emergency service, and discounts on parts and refrigerants.
