Roof Cleaning Service
Roof looks great. They were informative, polite and cleaned up well. But warning to anyone getting roof cleaned -- there will be moss and dirt residue left on the ground, even though they sprayed walks and plants. I expect we'll have a lot of ground moss to clean next year

Very motivated to satisfy the client. They took photos of my roof and solar panels before cleaning and took the same photos after cleaning. Now our solar panels shine. Additionally, they cleaned our gutters as well as clearing two gutters that were clogged.. Bobby and his technician are very helpful. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. IN FACT, I EXPECT TO HAVE THEM COME AGAIN IN THE SPRING TO CLEAN MOSS FROM ROOF TILES AND CONCRETE AREAS. They are very careful with roof tiles taking care to not crack any of them.

The only problem was when I signed up for quotes i specifically asked for our gutters to be cleaned from the ground with no one walking on the roof. They were not informed of that but did a good job of doing it that way.

Brandon was a very diligent worker, but I am disappointed with how my concrete came out. Though hot water was used it did not remove gum or some other stains. There was minor streaking.

These guys are great. They have a powerful floor washing machine, and made a heroic effort to renew our circular driveway and patios. The entire property looked better when they were done. They were unwilling to use acid on the manganese stains from our well water (erring on the side of caution I suppose) but the conditions are so improved that I find that chore manageable now in small sections. We will have them back this spring to seal our stone patios. It is a fairly pricy job, but they were able to bring the cost down to something we could handle, and made sure it was finished before winter guests arrived. Nice guys, pleasant to work wither, and they did more than expected.
