 + 0 moreMy backyard went from a disaster to done in one week! Lance came by for an initial assessment and gave me suggestions about what was possible. Once it was time to start, he worked with the contractor to make sure the drainage and building needs were coordinated. Lance's experience and suggestions were very helpful in planning for fencing, gates, flower boxes, etc. He and the crew prepared the surface with sand,set out the frames, etc. in less than two days. He even came on Sunday to insure the patio was done on schedule. All cement was poured on one day by a crew of professionals. Lance himself mixed the colors, supervises the stamping and all parts of the process to make sure it was "perfect." They returned the next day to power wash the stamped concrete and the day after to seal it. The results are wonderful! I am very pleased with the results and the way Lance and the crew worked to meet my needs.
Description of Work: Lance, owner of Cut and Color, poured a side driveway, a pad for our shed, and a pad for our fountain (925 sq ft). He also poured 520 sq ft of stamped cement for our new patio and walkways. He helped me select the perfect color and stamp pattern to match my house. He worked closely with the landscaper and bobcat driver to insure my yard would drain properly and with my building contractor to make sure my patio would support the deck and spiral staircase that would be added. Lance designed the shape of the patio, walkways, and other features to enhance the total look of our back yard.
