Charlie kept me in the loop very step of the way and explained all aspects of the mold remediation and updated as the work progressed. The black mold was extensive in the walls, closet ceiling, and the closet rug from a roof water leak. They got rid of it all and done right.

Charlie stayed in constant contact during the repairs, and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the process. The work was performed on-schedule and without any surprises regarding cost. I would highly recommend this company.

He had no helper to assist in moving small furniture. All serious spots were removed and carpet dried fast as he predicted.

They cleaned four rugs for me. Very professional. Rugs came out very clean and dried in few hours just like he said. I would use them again. I would recommend to anyone that need their carpets clean.

I must say the technician has excellent with customer service skills as well as cleaning the carpet. Arrived on time ready to do the job, however there was a minor glitch with starting the service. The battery for cleaning unit has discharged, but that was quickly resolved with use of our battery charger. Once carpet cleaning started it was quality job, not that my carpets were very soiled, just old. Happy to say very happy!

Charlie did a great job. He was informative and easy to work with. He even came by my house so I could meet him before he cleaned my carpets. My husband is handicapped and I won't let anyone come into the house unless I have meet them first. When I got home from work my carpets were clean and my husband was comfortable having Charlie there. He also told me that if any of the stains came back in 30 days he would come out for free and clean them again. I will never use anyone else.

For carpet cleaning - this is as good as it gets! Charlie from Certified Pro Restorations was informative, polite and prompt. The carpets were cleaned perfectly! I have good quality carpets and looked for the best possible way to clean them without damaging the fibers. The equipment used was exceptional and there was very little moisture detected after the cleaning was completed. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Certified Pro Restoration!!
