Since it is the first house that I was purchasing, Peter permitted me to tag along during the inspection, describing how different components of the house function and what things he was looking for during his inspection, despite the fact that this would slow him down. He took digital pictures to document his finding, all which are included in his report. His report consists of a narrative describing the problem, the suggested solution, color pictures, and a detailed manual describing all potential problems that could arise with a house. The report is created on site within 90 minutes of the completion of the inspection, and is contained within a binder with sections such as Grounds, Exterior- Roof, and Heating and Air Conditioning. Peter was very professional and precise, and his report was very detailed.
